Day 1 Dar es Salaam - Mikumi National Park
- Pick-up from Dar es salaam city centre.
- Depart for Mikumi National Park. The 6 hour drive is on a tarmac road, taking you past the town of Morogoro. (Driving time subject to road traffic conditions).
- Afternoon game drive with picnic lunch.

Day 2 Mikumi National Park - Dar es Salaam
- Game drive in Mikumi
- Drive back to Dar es Salaam with picnic lunch
- Drop off city center

Mikumi Wildlife Camp (Kikoboga)
Imagine yourself sitting outside on the terrace of the restaurant, overlooking the watering hole while In the distance, elephants and buffalo's casually stroll by. At the banks of the watering hole, a giraffe is drinking water. Hidden, somewhere on the savannah is the majestic lion. You can't see him but thanks to his roar you know he can't be far. In the back of your mind you secretly know that he will keep you awake in the night. Suddenly you realize why you are here; to be one with nature. That is what Mikumi Wildlife Camp is all about.
The Camp provides guests with tranquil lounging and dining areas, authentic rooms which offer spacious and unexpected refined accommodation. The rooms are designed to mirror the natural surroundings; it allows views and sounds of the waterhole from the private terrace of each room. The Camp offers a variety of safaris and excursions such as game drives and walking safaris, all in a natural idyllic landscape and for you to experience the untouched wilderness. Being the oldest camp in the National Park, Mikumi Wildlife Camp, with its longstanding and excellent reputation, is strategically located next to the main gate of the park. The camp is therefore the ideal base to start early morning game drives.
